Mardi Gras Fair Day applications now open

New Mardi Gras (NMG) today announced that applications for stall-holders at the Mardi Gras Fair Day 2012 have opened. Businesses, community groups and organisations are invited to submit applications to be part of the Mardi Gras Festival and expose their product or service to 70 000 people.

Held on February 12th 2012, Fair Day will see Victoria Park in Camperdown come alive with stalls, activities and entertainment, as the whole community comes out to celebrate the start of Mardi Gras Festival. Whether you want to be build recognition for your product or service or simply provide information and get your message out, there is no better opportunity to do so than at Fair Day.

Applicants can register for stalls in various areas of the park, including Premium, Superior and Standard commercial stalls, as well as stalls for community groups to get their message out there. No matter what the target demographic of your organisation is, you can find them at Fair Day – ready to have fun and sample all the delights of the day.

Fair Day is also a place for our four-legged friends, and animal-orientated businesses are encouraged to apply for a “Doggywood” stall. In previous years there have been pet photographers, doggy outfit stalls, animal boarding & day care services, specialist animal foods and treat stalls.

The International Food Fair is always a hit with patrons, with a variety of food from around the world available. There are a limited number of stall spaces available in this area due to its popularity with returning stallholders so stall-holders are advised to get in quick! New Mardi Gras is offering an early bird discount offer until 4th November 2011.
