Examing the personal experiences, political influences, attitudes and ideologies, shhhOUT: art from a GLBTQIA+ perspective is a thought-provoking exhibition bringing together Sydney and NSW-based artists who respond to the contrasting worlds included in our daily lives. Whether it is a conflict or sense of belonging, the desire to be out and proud – to celebrate, or constantly hitting a barrier of non-acceptance, shhhOUT: art from a GLBTQIA+ perspective unmasks the dual-lives GLBTQIA+ artists live in.

Exhibiting artists: Cameron Stead, Drew Holland, Elyssa Sykes-Smith, Francis and Spaghetti, Jean Kearney, Kit Ball, Liam Benson, Lisa Tolcher, Maree Azzopardi, Rachel Buch, Ruben Cuda, Sally Clarke and Steven Cavanagh.
