how YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Tickets To The Show
The best way to support your Mardi Gras is by coming along to 'Duels'. It's going to be a fantastic night of entertainment and fun with 12 contestants competing to be crowned the lip-sync champion. Not only will they get the glory of the title, but more importantly, they'll also score a massive $4000+ fundraising prize pack for another LGBTQI organisation that they are representing. See the contestants here.
Update: Lip-Sync duels in 2016 sold out in 26 minutes. We are taking a waitlist for people wishing to take up tickets if they become available.
Unique Auction Items
We've sourced some incredible once-in-a-lifetime experiences and some fabulous items that you can bid on both live on the night and through our online Auction. All proceeds from the auction goes toward supporting Mardi Gras to put on the annual festival, plus some new initiatives as we head into our 40th anniversary in 2018. Bid high to secure your favourite item.
Did your favourite contestant go out in the first round? Buy them a space back in the competition with our special wildcard raffle. Everytime you buy a raffle ticket up until the end of round 1 will give you the opportunity to buy one vote for your favourite eliminated contestant. The 2 people with the most votes duel each other for a spot in the semi final. So the more tickets you buy the more chance your favourite has of a second chance.
Wildcard Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20

Donate to Mardi Gras Arts Workshop Fund
Mardi Gras Arts is the organisation that operates the Mardi Gras Workshop. We build floats for the Mardi Gras Parade and help our communities to build their floats as well.
We give our communities a place to dream, create and express themselves, all with the aim of producing a fantastic Parade. An army of volunteers supported by a small and dedicated staff run the workshop every year. We still need your help.
