Do you have strong people and management skills and are you looking for a way to make a visible contribution to our communities? We are looking for volunteers to join our Parade leadership team to assist in managing event day volunteers across our Parade footprint.
The Crew Leader position assists the Area Coordinator and Assistant Coordinators in allocating tasks, management of volunteers and oversight of particular areas of Parade.
As a Crew Leader you will be managing a team of up to 10 people. You must have good communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and good multi tasking skills.
The time commitment for the Crew Leader position is approximately 6-8hrs in the lead up to Parade day and a full shift on the day of Parade.
Ideal candidates should have qualifications, skills or experience in any of the following:
