Community activities
This seminar will explore homophobic violence as one of the issues faced by the LGBTI community in Western Sydney. The discussion will be lead by a panel presenting a range of different perspectives on homophobic violence. There will be a representative from the community sharing a personal story, a member of the police force to discuss their response to the issue, and someone to present a more theoretical understanding of violence against the GLBTI community.
