The Mardi Gras Festival Bar
San Francisco Photographer Michael Johnstone and his partner Artist David Faulk (AKA Mrs. Vera) work together on the Photo Series Mrs.Vera’s Daybook.
The ongoing series is an examination of everyday life, alienation, magic and survival with a spirit of fun and color.
They can both be seen out-and-about San Francisco, around the, world and at this years Mardi Gras, vanquishing all fear of a dull planet.
