Wilkommen! The delightfully dark and decadent Anything Goes Cabaret returns to Sydney Mardi Gras Festival 2012. Once again Venus Vamp brings her risque revue of burlesque, boylesque, drag and song, steeped in the gin soaked vestiges of Weimar Berlin. After a successful run of shows since it's debut at Mardi Gras 2011, Anything Goes Cabaret returns to it's homebase in the intimate settings of The Supper Club, Oxford St Darlinghurst.
 
Under the fading spotlight you will meet an assortment of dapper women and dashing men. Introducing fresh blood to the demented line up is Melbourne's favourite boylesque dancer Raven; and Sydney's only burlesque-cum-wordsmith Ember Flame. Returning to the well worn stage is drag king extraordinaire Antonio Mantonio; show creator and expressionisitc burlesque dancer Venus Vamp; and lastly stagekitty Lady Medusa will be making her burlesque debut while stagekitty Noir Notoire will be fussing about in her seductive intimates. All will be governed under the ghostly eyes of MC The Blue Angel - the all singing, all tapdancing dead German transvestite we've all come to love. MC and stagekitties will be bound in corsets made exclusively for the cabaret by Sydney based label Dark Muse Corsetry.
 
So ladies and gentlemen, put on your top hat, pull up those stockings and kick up your heels for the cabaret is here! Leave your troubles and inhibitions outside, and let the depravity begin!
