Like A Virgin! DJ’s Make Mardi Gras Party Debut

Join 12,000+ partygoers from across the globe in one of the biggest LGBTQI celebrations! The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras announce more international and local DJ’s joining the already stellar lineup for Mardi Gras’ official Party (Saturday 05 March 2016).

One of the most sought after remixers around, Dirty Pop (U.S.A) makes his debut at the Party. Prolific in the way he continues to push dance floors to the limit in clubs around the world, Dirty Pop remixes the hottest vocals including Lady Gaga, Madonna and Beyoncé into floor thumping powerhouse dance tracks.

Ben Manson (FR), a name synonymous with the French electronic gay scene, joins Dirty Pop a first timer on the Mardi Gras line-up. Having shared turntables with the likes of David Morales, Manson’s melting pot of electronic vibes brings sounds from Paris and Berlin to Sydney.

Having started his DJ journey with a residency at Sydney’s Manacle, Rado (NL) has forged a career in Europe worthy of worship. Making a home return to Sydney to play the Party for the first time, Rado brings his progressive, tech, and deep-house beats for an all-killer, no fillers set.

Since shaking down the house in an epic performance at the party in 2015, YO! MAFIA (AUS) returns with more of her party-banging and hip-hop flavoured tracks. Her signature genre-smashing sets have seen her tour and DJ support a string of A-List artists including Stevie Wonder, Missy Elliott, Pharrell Williams, and Iggy Azalea to name but a few.

Finishing off the lineup is another debutant, Haylenise (AUS), who has kept the party going across Australia and New Zealand for over ten years. Her house beats have graced the club floors of some of Australia’s best LGBTQI party nights and seen her play alongside powerhouses, The Freemasons on numerous occasions.

These top party tastemakers have been added to an already heaving Mardi Gras’ Party line up featuring Conchita Wurst, Courtney Act, Tracy Young, Mark Picchiotti, Buck Naked, Mark Alsop MA15+, Victoria Anthony, Kitty Glitter, Maze and Masters, Colin Gaff, Seismic and Tanner Derrby.

More performers announced in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
