For over 10 years Brendan Terry has been involved in the performance world as a skilled audio and lighting engineer, producer, remixer and DJ for the LGBT community. His first residency came about when he transitioned from being a lighting producer for shows at Nevermind nightclub to being the resident DJ. Soon after, he was holding residencies at Arq, Midnight Shift, Stonewall, Imperial, as well as playing in clubs in Melbourne and Newcastle regularly. His gigs have included supporting DJ to acts such as the Freemasons at the IVY, Lady Gaga at Nevermind, Mel B, Luciana, Wynter Gordon, The Veronicas and Crazibiza.

As a producer, Brendan Terry has been a popular mashup artist, sharing his work amongst other DJs. Official remixes include Billboard charting artists such as Ultra Nate and Carmen Electra.

Brendan Terry now currently works under both the names Brendan Terry and his Alias of Tanner Derrby.

Tanner Derrby was prompted by a desire to express a specific style and taste of music in anticipation to release original music in 2016. Tanner Derrby is the amalgamation of effort produced over a number of years to create original compositions that epitomizes the uplifting and soulful sounds that comprise a Tanner Derrby experience. His Sets are known to be both uplifting and energetic, playing with the ups and downs of musicality and harmony.

From golden classic R&B and 90s dance, to funky Deep disco and Big progressive house, His sets are about the spine-chill feelings that make you feel good and dance hard. Rather than sticking to one genre Brendan Terry/Tanner Derrby is a flexible DJ specializing in sets that seamlessly transition styles, genres and eras, which sets him out as a unique and popular feel good DJ and producer.

Chief Strategist David Watson is a 20+ year sales and marketing veteran that has worked across different industries with a diverse range of businesses. Prior to launching Strategy Point, David was employed by photo print retailer Momento for over 7 years and in that time was instrumental in growing Momento from startup into a successful brand and service with millions of dollars of annual revenue. This experience provides his clients with unique insights and an unparalleled perspective of photographic consumers, sales and marketing, and maximising business opportunities. David has a Diploma in Strategic Marketing and is currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Marketing course. He is an associate member of the Australian Marketing Institute, a member of the National Board for the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, and is a member of the advisory board for the Head On Photo Festival. In his spare time David walks his pooch Rosie around Sydney Park, hones his photography, cheers for the Sydney Swans, indulges in reality TV and dreams of overseas holidays. He also supports two organizations that are close to his heart - Twenty10 who provide support for homeless gay and lesbian youth, and Assistance Dogs Australia who provide freedom and independence to people with physical disabilities.
