COMMUNITY PARADE GRANTS PROGRAM
Proudly supported by
2017's Community Grants Program has now closed. Applicants will be notified shortly on the status of their application.
The SGLMG Community Parade Grants Program provides grants to individuals, community groups and not-for-profit groups to ensure parade entries are as fabulous as possible. The program aims to increase capacity for organisation to deliver on messages during Parade, and fosters further community involvement in Mardi Gras.
Parade grants are designed to create a “wow” experience rather than to fund basic amenities for your float or Parade entry.
Applicants can also apply to have their parade entry fee waived by demonstrating their need and strong relevance to the LGBTQI community.
Grants of between $1,000 - $5,000 will be awarded to the most compelling applicants.
Sydney Gay and Lesbian Community Parade Grants Program is proudly supported by Google.
