Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Ltd is a registered Australian Company and Charity. The Board exists to make decisions, to ensure all requirements of its registration are met and to ensure the organisation operates within the law. The Board is responsible for ensuring that all activity directly relates to SGLMG’s registered charitable purposes. The Board is accountable to its members and ultimately responsible for the organisation’s financial health.

Acknowledgement
