Head Over Heels: The Musical
Head Over Heels is a hilarious, queer musical comedy set to iconic hits like “We Got the Beat,” “Vacation,” “Our Lips Are Sealed,” and “Heaven Is a Place on Earth” made famous by The Go-Go’s—the most successful all-female-identifying rock band of all time. It is pure camp, and an unapologetic celebration of queer joy in all its forms.
Produced by The Regals Musical Society, a community theatre with 80 years of history and a proud LGBTQIA+SB membership. We perform at Rockdale Town Hall, next door to the Rockdale Library which had to cancel drag story time earlier this year (https://gaysydneynews.com.au/nsw/hateful-and-offensive-abc-forced-to-cancel-drag-story-time-event/). Producing this show is our way of showing the local community that representation matters and we cannot be silenced in Rockdale.
