NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Notice is given to members of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Limited (Company) that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held At ACON, Level 3, 414 Elizabeth St Surry Hills

On 16^th December 2017 at 11am

1. Minutes of Previous Meetings

Confirm the following minutes as a true and correct record:

(a) 2016 AGM​

2. Life Membership

In accordance with clause 3.4 of the Company’s constitution, the Board has proposed the following resolution:

“that the persons contained in the attached document, titled ’78er Members for Life Membership’ be granted life membership in the Company, noting that upon approval of the Members that these persons shall be entered on the Register as life members and shall not be required to pay membership fees in accordance with the Company’s constitution.”

3. Other Business

A motion of thanks to a previous director will be made.

No other business will be heard at the EGM.

Proxies

A proxy form is the ONLY manner in which you may appoint a proxy for the Extraordinary General Meeting.

To be effective, completed proxy forms must be signed by the member and be received by the Company Secretary no later than 5.00pm on 13 December 2017 (3 days before the Extraordinary General Meeting)
