P&G is a proud partner of SGLMG since 2021, and continuing through to 2025 at least, in parallel includes annual sponsorship of Minus18 with objective to leverage P&G reach alongside SGLMG and Minus18 community expertise to educate and support the LGBTQIA+ youth of Australia.

P&G scored 100% on the human rights campaign corporate equality index + P&G’s Gable team is a global affinity group under their broader Equality and Inclusion strategy. Their goal is to create an inclusive environment where LGBTQIA+ people and all employees feel valued, accepted, and perform at their peak.  Gable team champions inclusivity, support and LGBTQIA+ rights for all employees within the  P&G workplace. 

P&G Australia is committed to reconciliation and has a strong Strategy, Action plan and team leading their Indigenous Inclusion Pillar. Globally P&G are working uniquely with individual markets for their unique indigenous and racial needs.
