Applications are open to dancers in our communities who would like to volunteer as a part of Sydney Mardi Gras’ 2024 hallmark performances – the Mardi Gras Community Float (Parade) or The Community Show (Party).
These world-renowned performances continue to celebrate LGBTQIA+ identities, advocate for equality, and promote diverse voices by upholding a longstanding tradition of protest, cheekiness, celebration and most of all, pride. These shows continue to be performed by volunteers to ensure representation, and accessible skill levels.
If you have big dreams of dancing your way down the world’s largest LGBTQIA+ night-time parade with thousands of spectators cheering you on from the sidelines, this is your chance.
