Dr Rhys Ross-Browne

Dr Rhys Ross-Browne (he/him) is an Emergency Physician and Deputy Director of Emergency Medicine at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. He is a member of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine’s Council of Advocacy, Partnerships and Practice and sits on the College Standards and Endorsement Committee. He is also a conjoint lecturer at Western Sydney University. A proud transgender man, Rhys is an enthusiastic champion for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in Health. He founded and chairs the Campbelltown ED Inclusion and Cultural Safety Committee, and the Campbelltown Hospital Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee, and was a co-founder of the Network of Women in Emergency Medicine. Rhys lives with his wife, three young children and their very grumpy cat. He loves coffee, reading and spending time outdoors with his kids.
