2024 marks the 40th Anniversary of the Law Reform to decriminalise homosexual sex.
Living History Walk: Liberation and Law Reform will take you through Sydney’s CBD to visit some of the significant sites that hosted protests and other actions leading to Law Reform in 1984.
Led by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence joined by activists, historians and academics to take you on a journey through time – leading to one of the most monumental points in our fight for true equality.
